Halo XboxOne is Halo 2 Anniversary. I Hope!

Only if they have the Halo 2 multiplayer. Otherwise Its a useless game to me.

It will only split the already dwindling Halo4 360 community.

This wont happen. Its just nostalgia speaking. There are many factors to halo not being the big thing it used to be. The change in multiplayer is one of them, but hardly the biggest. Im hoping for halo 5, not Halo 2A

Halo 2 was THE game for Xbox. Many many people are waiting for FPS to get back to basics and limit all the extra just they keep throwing in. I think this would finally bring back interest back to the Halo franchise on a larger scale than Halo CEA did. Most peoples first major game on live was Halo 2 and would come storming back for a true HD remaster.

If Halo 2 Anniversary is a redical redesign of Halo 2 running at 60 FPS and features new levels with Chief in a cloak overlooking a giant Forerunner machine, then sure. Halo Xbox One is Halo 2: Anniversary and not Halo 5.

In spite of my sarcasm, I think the trailer could easily represent what is to to come to for Halo on the Xbox One as well as Halo 5 itself.
