Just to be clear I’m not really saying the current next Halo that is un-named at this time that was announced at E3 2013 but the console itself so that could be any Halo for the Xbox One that could be due.
Anyway I was wondering what should 343i do with it.
Personally I’d love to see the usual custom sounds/cover but hopefully be an Xbox One slim edition if there is one around the time of Halo 5 or w/e it’s going to be called.
Hopefully more than 500gig hard drive since 500gig really isn’t much, would prefer at least 1-2 terabyte. Plus 343i has to remember there are a lot of hard-core gamers out there that will fill hard drives pretty fast.
Anyway love to hear what else people would love to see on the ‘limited edition’ console.
Also be cool if the Halo 5 limited console had something like in-game items like the infamous Red flames from Halo Reach since I thought it was quite unique, didn’t seem as generic like the Halo 4 items that were given.
As for the color scheme itself for the console I was hoping maybe something with a bit of blue, maybe something based on the teaser trailer.
The Halo 4 limited console is really fun. I am considering getting an Xbox one soon so I can play an early 2014 Beta. The problem with this is that I might miss out on a Halo 5 console. It sure would be great to know if one is being planned.
I’m waiting for a Halo edition console no matter if Halo 5 has a beta or not. Perhaps it will come out at the time if/when a beta is released?
I’d go for a new-design forerunner console (grey with a very subtle texture and bright orange lights where-ever possible.) If it has floating flanges that fold up when you power it off all the better. 
I just hope it’s not $600.

I didn’t think about the beta but it does make me realise if I did get the Halo 5 console instead then I would miss out on the Beta. The thing is was aiming for the limited console because never really got one before, wanted my Xbox One to be unique plus already have one black looking 360 (xbox slim) so it be nice to have a bit of variety.lol

Sounds great or Guilty spark saying “Odd. That wasn’t supposed to happen.” if xbox can’t load disc or “Oh, hello. Wonderful news. The Installation is almost complete.” after installing a game or “Shall I help you choose a vehicle, Reclaimer?” if your afk for 10 minutes. So many wonderful ideas.
And the start-up sound could be grunts cheering in the background.

exactly my fear: Still being in High School, its not really my decision whether or not I get the xbox one, its my parents. its a possibility that in a couple of years (maybe sooner) we hear of a xbox one slim, 1-2 Terabyte hard drive, ect, and what if the price is upped and they discontinue the $500 model? then it might be better to fork over the $500 while I still can (I can’t, but you get the point)
