I always buy the Halo console edition, for those who always do or are going to buy the next gen Halo console what do you want with it? Personally I would love to have Johns helmet that’s wearable BUT has Trenton capabilities. Meaning inside the helmet you would have headphones. I’ll even take it to the next level, rather then your HUD showing up on your screen if 343 could some way incorporate a way for you to see your live HUD display in the helmet whether by placing a screen all together in the helmet (which means you wouldn’t need a TV, which is far fetched obviously) or incorporate something like Google Glass in the helmet by putting in see-through cylinders where your health bar would be, radar, ammo, etc. All this with exclusive in-game amour.

What do you mean? If your saying instead of a Spartan helmet, to use a promethean helmet that would be sick to.

That was for the limited edit variant right? This is for the console owners. That would be very cool to.
That sounds quite over the top and very very expensive to make, thus very expensive to buy. Cool? Yes, definitely. Likely? Not in the last bit, unfortunately.
Personaly, I’d be quite happy with a nice statue or a sort of side document like Halsey’s Journal, a small artbook and a soundtrack, coupled with some exclusive in-game content.
for this i would say collectables should be in a legendary edition and then have the console edition with its exclusive things and what not and then the limited edition and standard editions after that

The data chip could be a high capacity USB with the game installed on it, along with bonus content. So you can carry Halo with you in your pocket.

A possibility as they have terabyte usbs now. That wouldn’t be far fetched imo.
It could work if they just gave us the helmet, allowed room inside to put Headphones, and made a spot to put a smart glass device.
I’m getting the H5 Console, as I have no need for an Xbox One before H5. I’d like to see some sort of fiction piece along with the manual, kind of like 2 and Reach had. I think those were with the legendary edition, though.
