When picking Armor colors it shouldn’t be the same way its always been it should be like a color wheel where you are able to choose ANY possible color and after that you are able to choose how dark you want it or how bright. Oh also be able to choose how worn out it is like scratches or dents
Agreed. I would like a cracked visor to be a customization option.
The more options the better .
Visors
Name plates
The more the better
I don’t know if you guys ever played this game called “Armored Core For Answer”, it’s a very obscure mech-fighting game type thing… Anyways, the customization in that is absolutely awesome. You can create your own emblems, just like you can in Halo, but you can change the sizes and shapes, add multiple layers to really create your own design, and then you can stamp the designs anywhere on your bot.
My point? How cool would it be to be able to stamp a huge flame deco on your armor, on the right side of your helmet or something? To find a cool design and make it your own. I can assure you that the odds of 2 Spartans looking the same, already slim as they may be now, will be second to none. Every Spartan would be unique, and it’ll be awesome

Haven’t played For Answer, but i have got 2, 3, Silent Line, Nexus, Last Raven, 4 and V. And I do agree, the customisation in Armoured Core was great. What bugged me though was how sluggish you moved in comparison to AI controlled ACs, and the fact that i never had enough credits for new parts due to constantly dying.
That wasn’t the point lol… I think it was sluggish to, but I just used it as an example to try to illustrate the customization
I would like the option to make my armor look all scratched or newer. KInda like the reach armor.

Totally agree . Let’s take customization down to it’s brim 343i .
I definitely agree with a color wheel. I think the ability to mix and match from a wider range of colors will bring a new level of customization.

There’s this game, Black Ops and its sequel, that’s kinda like that, with custom emblems that you can stamp on your gun. But sometimes people create stupid inappropriate and immature emblems.

I’ve suggested this a million times
You know, I feel like I’m the only one who isn’t too concerned about these little details. I really don’t care if I have the option to have a cracked visor, or some worn down armor feature, or any of these little things. It’s nice to have, but I would rather the actual gameplay or such be good, and the armor and such can be a more of a second priority.

Mate, the people on this post are simply talking about increased customization… and who said that gameplay is being placed as a secondary priority (rhetorical question)?
I think it should be more like Reach and Halo 3 where the armor had wear to begin with and wasn’t all pristine condition.
