im new to mcc, but a veteran at the xbox 360 halos, i see all content from the ones i have on xbox 360 at halo 3 and 4 at mcc, have the content we unlocked from there been migrated to mcc?
No, that content is unlocked by default in the MCC, at least for Halo 3 and some content of Halo 4, the rest was added through updates and you need to spend spartan points to unlocked it.

We do have all of the content from halo 3 and some content from halo 4. Even though we have had awesome additions to the legacy titles, such as three new multiplayer maps & content for all of the games, there are still some missing halo 4 items such as armour abilities, load-outs, poses and the odd piece of armour, that was present in the 360 title.
EDIT - the library feature from halo CE: A also is not available in the MCC
i have for example hayabusa security scout and recon armor which i unlocked by achievements and at halo 4 i got emblems and armors and skins by pre order bonus limited edition and commendations by playing a lot and fotus, are these transferred? or has everyone these?
yes i noticed too! we have all of them tough a few are missing we had on 360 like the poses i noticed
No, MCC is a completely different game with no literal connection to the older games, you start from scratch, H3 and H4 base armors are unlocked by default.
hmmmmm thats very sad, if the special content is transferred its really awesome, i saw when they mentioned the 360 servers would be limited they began transferring data to mcc, but i have to play more to know it BUT i think you both are right, i saw a pre order emblem that i didnt have in halo 4 so thats not cool, the gameplay status is not transferred and i wont of course play it all again for the samenstatus, thank you all 3 
yep i just checked again and i see the other pre order content as well, i had my own countries pre order and not those, im sad, i was very happy when i tought i saw my own bonusses and legacy items so now everyone can run with fotus or recon helmet, i pre ordered halo 4 for the content and limited editions, well when i play those games i just still play them on 360 but yep mcc is something different, those poses in halo 4 example are not here but different ones
