Halo x Wolverine what is happening

GUH, Redwings are EXPENSIVE. But all that had my size, agh.

Yeah, but I have a local cobbler who swears by em. Says they hold up really well. But it’s hard to bite that $300+ bullet when I ruin boots so frequently.

That said, these wolverines looking real nice right now.

It’s really like during Infinite’s development 343 looked at Fortnite and said let’s do that.

Modern Gaming is utter garbage these days.

Mostly correct. DOOM Eternal is an exception, and Halo eventually becomes an exception with time (years).

It’s funny, as someone brand spanking new to the Doom franchise I wasn’t much of a fan of DOOM 2016, however DOOM Eternal I like.

With Halo, yeah Idk, I’m not sticking around for Infinite to get better. I’m over it. I don’t like 343. Infinite can turn around but it’ll still be plagued with MTX and other F2P garbage. Halo is just dead to me honestly.

You buy a $400 pair of boots and get knockoff :b:imbs for your Spartan

Id upload pics of my redwings and wolverines.
Had them for a long time.
Got tired of going the payless shoes route, and never bothered hitting up walmart or another big box store.
Still have my pairs from my old u.p.s. management days.
Great in cold weather too.
I dont hike in boots, i use trail runners, but lots of people swear by merrel

Yeah, it just comes down to the shader system being one of the worst customisation systems brought into Halo ever.

What’s amazing to me is that in Halo 2, which released in 2004, had a simple system that allowed players to pick between a primary and secondary colour, which could lead to multiple unique armour colour combinations.

I don’t think anyone ever had a problem with this system, yet 343i had to try and “fix” a problem which didn’t exist.

Halo Infinite has the worst customisation, change my mind…

Whats weird to me is that the show debuts tomorrow and theres no promotional stuff on infinite

Luckily I got mine for like 200-something. And frankly, only because I had some tax return money leftover, haha. Agh…

tbh those are like. Fashion boots. Still cool, still hot, but not for welding!

Give it a little.

Whoever planned the promos are probably someone who is so tone deaf that they don’t know their own product demographic.

Nevermind girl players being the intended demographic, the fact that a GAME PRODUCT is being promoted with BEAUTY PRODUCTS is asinine in its entirety.

If someone shows up in a game with a cosmetic obtained through a BEAUTY PRODUCT, they’re gonna be made fun of immediately because, cmon, who on earth buys BEAUTY PRODUCTS to show off in A GAME. No one can bloody see it through the screen.

It’s the same logic of buying a perfume in order to get like, iunno, an Avenger’s Cereal bowl. Like CMON MAN.

Whatcha use to weld?

Tbh, i think halo themed crocs would be nice.

Exactly the same for me too lol.

I’m sorry to hear that. I personally haven’t logged into Infinite at all since the Tenrai event came back for a bit right after the Cyber Showdown event ended. Just go and play MCC.

Halo x Content would be a better promotion

I wear Wolverines for work lol

Plant operations master machanic

I would love that!

Being serious.

Sounds like someones sad they cant get these things :frowning:

You really think the people who do these promos read these forums or care what the “core” fanbase wants?

So many of you don’t know how anything is ran.

It’s a merchandise deal. The real money comes from selling the actual product itself. Any cosmetic in-game is either secondary or an incentive. It’s also an advertisement for both companies.

Looks like the Wolverines thing is a Halo-themed boot. Hopefully it’s of good quality. I don’t think it’s a bad brand to buy shoes from.
