Halo World Championships - How do standings work?

Here are the current standings. Is this the only website to have the standings? I can’t find them elsewhere…

Also, how do teams have 40-60k pro points when each of the 4 qualifiers has only been worth 5k MAX (if you get 1st place)? You can click on the qualifier tabs up top to view the standings after each qualifier. According to my calculations, Evil Geniuses should only have 11k points, yet they have 40k…can someone explain please?
