I watched the live Twitch stream of the HWC finals and was never able to get my REQ pack. The system kept giving me an error when I tried to download it. Is there anything I can do to get this pack?
I experienced the same issue. I watched the event through the twitch app on my Xbox one but didn’t receive a pack.

Sorry OP, if you weren’t able to purchase it at the time then you won’t be able to get it unless 343 release the pack again or release the items at another time

You had to purchase the free pack from the Xbox store in order to get the items, it wasn’t automatically added to your account. It was posted pretty heavily on twitch, reddit, the forums and other social media, sorry that you missed it.
