So I just replaced Reach on my new account and finished the campaign on heroic. Doing this, I’m now able to unlock the CQB helmet from Waypoint… BUT I did it ob my Xbox One is the a way to access my helmet without a 360?

Basically can I unlock content for the 360 without the Waypoint app on the One?

Nope, you need to have access to the 360 app on your Xbox (or you could do it on a friend’s) to be able to unlock the armour. The app was never transitioned to the 360 and is now unsupported
