We are aware that the Halo Waypoint website and App are currently experiencing slow loading times. These issues are a priority to us. Please know we are investigating and will keep you updated.
We are still working to resolve the Waypoint site issue, however the problems with the Waypoint app, including the 500 errors, should be fixed at this time.

That is correct. Anything that pulls information from the game is currently experiencing issues. We’re working with the Xbox LIVE team to get this resolved.
Well that sucks! I won 8 Regicides in a row, and before the error I was at a 43! I suppose I’ll play for fun until this gets resolved.

Because of the issues, CSR is not currently showing up on the stats app. It’s still being tracked and recorded, though, so play to your heart’s content, and all the games will be calculated into the number you see when services are back up and going.

Most of the problems stem from false unlocks and locked achievements and sluggish site pages.

Friends of Waypoint last night wanting to access my Gametarg expelled me halo 4, I had to re-download my profile and I managed to get in, just that when I loaded the game reset me as if I profile a new player and my missions campañase erased, request your support in restoring power to all these problems thanks

Sadly, all you can do it just replay through the Campaign again to reunlock the missions
