I have created a new live account and reused my old tag by changing it in the old profile in order to free the nickname, but now my waypoints stats on the website have somewhat merged bugging: they report that i have beat halo ODST and Halo 3, but in my new profile i have only played Reach.
Any way to fix this?

Give it some time. Most issues with profiles will work themselves out! 
Play more online matches and see if that triggers an update. I’d recommend playing a few matches in the games that you still have false records for.

I play matchmaking daily and nothing have changed.
I no longer have the previous Halo games so i can’t try to boot them and play some online matches.
It’s strange cause my in-game stats on Halo Reach are correct.
The bug is clearly only on the website, for example:
The achievement counter report corretly 0 achievements earned, but my previous tag’s records are still there.
No chance for a possible manual fix by a mod or something?

With their first game launching in 33 days, you shouldn’t be expecting it to be read at all, I’ve had a PM to her unread for near two months now.
