on my xbox 360 i am having a problem veiwing awards and service record from waypoint app.

Hello my mate having trouble connecting to multiplayer lobbies my mate gamertag is TeamoFVardyZ89x keeps coming up as Error authorising user he got told from Microsoft support he could be banned either temporary ban or completely banned how long is he banned for or can u help to resolve this issue for him can’t see how because he only played Co op with me and did a few missions he hasn’t played a multiplayer match game yet
Every time I attempt to customize my Spartan on waypoint it says to try again later… It’s been happening for three days
Mine is the same, every time I try to customize my Spartan on the waypoint site it never works, that is why I only do it during the game, I wish I could Could customise my Spartan from the halo app, that would be amazing and really helpful.
When will update application on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile?
