I’ve been trying to get into Waypoint on Xbox for a while I click Download again and press the guide button returning to dashboard, I look at active downloads and its not their you have to stay on the downloading screen can this be looked into and improved please :]
Are you trying to download Halo Waypoint in Halo 4?
If so, don’t close the pop-up that appears when it begins the download.
If you want to download it in the background while you are on the Dashboard, go to the Bing tab and search ‘Halo Waypoint’ and download it from there, then you can freely navigate on the dashboard until the download it complete.
If the above doesn’t work, navigate to the Settings tab and choose Console, then Storage, then Games & Apps, and delete Halo Waypoint and all of its data, then re-try the above.
