HALO Waypoint update, How do I access File Browser

Wasn’t sure which thread this should be posted on, so I posted it on them all. (sorry)

After HALO: Waypoint updated, I have not been able to find my File Browser without using my 360 app, which is pretty cruddy. There must be a way to access my File Browser right? Anyone know how to help me out here? All help is welcome. thanks.
