Hi I have a problem with the Halo Waypoint app for Xbox360.
The codes are input If I go to the secret button and the terminal code for Halo Anniversary of Terminal 6 (343 Guilty Spark) and 7 (The Library) not accepted even though I have in Halo Anniversary (game) unlocked all terminals.
You are not the first to experience this issue. I may have to test this myself and see if it affects everyone. If so, I will notify 343i that a possible glitch has been found. Are your Halo: CEA stats showing up in either the Xbox 360 app or the website? Do the codes not work on both platforms? If not, this may be the cause of the problem, and I will let 343i know about this.
I am having this problem as well.
I unlocked and watched all the terminals in Halo CEA and recorded the code at the end. I have the achievement to prove it as well as them all being available in EXTRAS. When entering any code, I get: “This data is locked. Find terminal…”. I have also tried entering on the waypoint website.
I am able to enter other codes, such as the ONI and Curious one without a problem.
I also noticed my campaign progress in CEA is not available on 360 or on the website.
My waypoint Career is usually a Loading Error too, but everything Reach and Halo 4 seems fine.
I have tried clearing my 360’s cache and re-downloading waypoint.
I have tried launching waypoint from CEA.
I have tried launching Reach Multiplayer from CEA.
I am connected to XBL. I was connected the entire time I collected the terminals.
Glad to hear the issue has been resolved. As for Halo: Reach stats, what specifically is flawed? If it’s your Spartan render not updating, this is entirely intentional. Support has been discontinued for this feature as of Friday.
If you are experiencing issues with another part of Halo: Reach stats, then please let me know.
Thank you for fixing this issue, Cizlin. I’d like to add that Waypoint doesn’t seem to recognize the skulls for H:CEA. I’ve found all of them, but they do not show in Waypoint. Not a huge problem for me - just something I noticed.

Thanks for thanking me, but really it was Forum Team who fixed it. I’m just the messenger in this case. Anyway, the skulls have never seemed to show up, at least as long as I can remember. I don’t really know that it needs a fix, necessarily. It’s not a game-breaking problem, at least.
