Halo Waypoint says I haven't played Reach

As the title says, HaloWaypoint says I haven’t played Halo Reach. When I go to my profile and scroll down to the game section under BIO, it says that I haven’t played Halo Reach yet, which is wrong. I played it on Xbox 360, I’ve played it on Xbox One with the backwards compatibility and I’ve played it on PC with MCC. All of which has been on the same account that is also the one I’m logged in with on Waypoint.

Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

If you have changed your gamertag since you last played Halo: Reach then all you need to do is load up the game again to sync your data. Something I need to do, come to think of it.

I did change my gamertag a few months back, that could be the issue. Though I have played MCC on PC since then, in fact I played Halo Reach for a few hours just a couple of days ago.

Was it the Xbox 360 title?

I sold both my 360 and One about 2 years ago. I’ve just been playing the PC MCC Reach.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection stats are different from legacy title stats. The only way to get your legacy stats back are to load up the Xbox 360 games.

Gotcha, thanks for the help. Appreciate it!

I’m having this problem as well, but with 2. I haven’t changed my username ever and I played 2 a lot.

If you’re talking about the original H2 then you’re unfortunately out of luck, as the Xbox Live service for the original Xbox was shut down years ago so there’s nothing to sync. If you mean H2A in MCC, stats of each MCC title don’t show up individually, there is only a collective MCC stat as a whole.

That’s only true if you have changed your gamertag. My wife has never changed her GT and her Halo 2 stats still show.

I haven’t change my gamer tags and it hasn’t worked for me
