I see that going from bronze to silver requires 10 posts.
But iv’e made 12 and my progress bar is out of 25. Am I just going to jump to gold or is something messed up?

You’ll progress directly to gold when you’ve reached the appropriate number of posts.
My waypoint won’t add new achievements or career milestones for armor. I’d like get to get some attention to this for other people and myself, maybe they’ll update game.
