Hello,
everytime I want to visit my online profile with my other account VEXSONA on Halo Waypoint [My Profile, Service Record or even Settings] it either says “Problem Detected - Well, this is embarrassing. Looks like we have some problems on our end.” or Safari can’t even load the page (this happens when I want to see “my profile”).
It works with this account that I only use to buy things online but it didn’t work with the other account since the beginning.
Even when I wanted to post this problem with the account it says “You have reached your daily limit of 0 forum posts.”
Can somebody please help me?

Same exact problem for me. My real gamertag is Mentok, I just had to create a new outlook email and Xbox account so I could post my problem here. Waypoint was working fine earlier today, but when I just tried to log on the avatar I use for my profile was wrong, so I clicked on my profile name and it came up with the “Problem Detected” page. When I tried to post in the forum, it said my post limit was exceeded (daily limit of 0 posts).
Also, I just tried to play Halo 5 on my Xbox and it came up saying there was a profile sync error and to check my connection. I hard reset my console, deleted my account from my Xbox and then added my account, but still get the same error. I can play other games just fine.
Also I can log in at xbox.com and view my profile there… but it seems like the account doesn’t exist on waypoint?!
With this problem I can’t join a spartan company.
Help would be awesome!
PS: Does somebody know how to contact 343 about this issue?

Still looking for help! How can it even be possible that an account is able to play the game but doesn’t exist und this damn site?!
I have had the same issue for months on my SGTBOUNTYHUNTER account and I have been posting on here for someone to fix the issue but no one from 343 seams to be responding, just ignoring this problem.
Has anyone from here had the problem resolved yet?
