Halo Waypoint Notifications and Messages

Quick question. Has Halo Waypoint Messages and Notifications been down for a while? For the past several weeks I keep getting the error message…

PROBLEM DETECTED
Well, this is embarrassing. Looks like we have some problems on our end.

When attempting to view any of my messages or notifications. I was wondering if it was just me? Or is it affecting everyone? I checked Halo Support but there was nothing there. And I never saw any announcement by Halo Support on Twitter. This is the same on both PC and Mobile browser. It also seems to have affected the Halo Waypoint App.

I tried to see if I could submit a ticket for assistance but it seems the only tickets I can submit are ban appeals and such.

It’s a known issue, seems to be out of 343’s hands. Everyone is effected.

Its been a issue for a while now, might get fixed before Waypoint vNext comes out this month but it also may not.
