Halo Waypoint not updating SA Xbox One stats.

Ok so I bought spartan assault for the Xbox:One and I beat it etc but I still can not get the flying colors code to unlock :(.

Now I am not mad or anything just want to know am I missing something?

EDIT: So it registers I have all the achievements that I have gotten on it BUT its stating that I have not beat any of the missions or anything. -_- #technology

EDIT 2: So I done goofed I am thinking that this belongs in the support forum now…sorry for the misplacement.

Are you sure you’re using the right code? Use this as a reference.

According to your Spartan Assault stats here on Waypoint, your progress hasn’t been synchronizing. You could probably ask a monitor to move this to Halo Support.

Yeah its the right code and yeah I am guessing it has to do with the stats not synchronizing.

Oh well bugs will be bugs :).

MODS is there any chance I could get one of you to move this thread to support please?

(not really sure how to go about asking so ummm…that works right?)

Good luck Kit Kat… I’m sure the admins will get you all synch’d soon so you can get your Flying Colors code unlocked.

Thank you to the mod/admin who moved this ^-^.

Anyways I still can not get this to work for me like its still no matter how many times I play through it says I have never beaten a mission.

Have you unlocked any achievements? I followed you in the Xbox One Smartglass app, but I don’t see any One achievement activity.

Perhaps you have your privacy set too high and that is affecting stat upload. From the Home screen, hit the Menu button and select Settings. Then go to Privacy. You can then go to Custom and choose settings that you are comfortable with. I’m not sure which setting could affect the stats. Perhaps “See your Xbox profile” or “See your game and app history” should be set to Everybody. Nothing else sounds possibly applicable.

I have indeed unlocked achievements and waypoint registers them.

So I do not think that is the case

Hi KitKat The Fox,

Were you connected to Xbox Live when you completed these missions?

I was indeed connected to xbox live during my play through of Spartan assault.

P.S Ummm should I try uninstalling it and re-downloading? (Also thanks for the response  )

I’m starting to see multiple posts regarding problems using Flying Colors for Xbox One, presumably due to stats not uploading to the Service Record. Hopefully I can remember several:

KitKat The Fox, Post, Service Record
Lord Terracotta, Post, Service Record
RedDeathSquad, Post, Service Record
TropicalBat101, Post, Service Record

There’s also possibly:
bongoband, Post, Service Record
But that one shows 1 mission complete on Xbox One (though there are 9 stars shown, so the stats do look a bit confused).

Edit (3/2/14): Others with no X1 stats:
SIP Crucio, Post, Service Record (I know that he has 1000/1000 on X1.)
Joo Song, Post, Service Record
Shade 088, Post, Service Record

Edit (3/6/14):
chimex, Post, Service Record

Edit (3/9/14):
VI T0X1N IV, Post, Service Record
DisturbedShifty, Post, Service Record
MotoX Champ88, Post, Service Record

Edit (3/16/14): Two reports on Xbox 360
Mrhappysadass, Post, Service Record

Not trying to be a bother but…people are looking into this…right?

I am having the same problem as well; the missions I have completed will not show up on Waypoint. Also, I was signed into both Xbox Live and Halo Waypoint.

I am playing on the Xbox One, have completed the first set of missions, and I am using the flying colors code provided by 343i.

Hi Kitkat the Fox,

We are currently investigating this issue. Thank you for the heads-up.

I’ve updated the list of everyone I have seen post about this in both the Support and SA forums.

I’d like to suggest that KitKat or a moderator change the thread title to make it more informative. Based on the title of this SA forum thread, I suggest “Halo Waypoint not updating SA Xbox One stats.”

Since these posts have only started recently, I wonder if maybe the 2/19/14 Content Update has something to do with the issue. In fact, every post occurred on 2/19 or later.

I updated the thread title.

Look into this for me as well because the code isn’t working for me.

Annhilator27, I looked at your Service Record. It shows missions played on Xbox One, so the Flying Colors code should work for you.

This post may help explain.

> The only code for Spartan Assault on the Xbox One and Xbox 360 is Flying Colors. Recruit, Prodigy, and Able Spartan apply to the Windows 8 and Windows Phone versions of the game. You can find more info here:

I’m curious where you found the code you are trying to use. Which code was it? Could you post the URL? This question comes up a lot, and it would be great to be able to ask the owner of the post or site to edit it, making it clear which codes go with which versions. Thanks.

Forum Team, this morning I played A-1 on Xbox One, 360, and Windows 8. My Service Record immediately showed an increase in the number of attempted and completed A-1 missions on Xbox 360 and Windows 8. However, the total did not update on Xbox One. I think stats are no longer uploading from Xbox One, at least not consistently.

I have the same problem with Spartan Assault on the 360. It has registered that I have achievements, but is still telling me that I haven’t completed a mission yet. I’ve given it about a month to see if it was just a ‘be patient’ issue but still nothing. I am also unable to unlock the Flying Colors glyph sequence, as it says I must complete a mission.

Thanks Math, that code works. Anyone know if the recruit code will ever work for 360/One users?

Interesting. I think this is the first report I’ve read of this issue occurring on Xbox 360. I do indeed see you have achievements on 360, yet your Service Record shows no missions completed. I also see that you were online at the time since your achievements have time stamps. However, your last achievement was on 2/13/14. Perhaps it was a temporary problem. I would suggest completing another mission and see if your Service Record updates. If the Service Record updates, then the Flying Colors code should work.
