I just logged into Halo Waypoint using my Microsoft account login information and now my character profile for Halo 5 is no longer associated/connected to my xBox Live/Microsoft account(s). Please double check that you are signing into the right email account associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. If you are seeing a different account, it’s because you don’t have the right email. Double check your domain (ie hotmail vs outlook) and try again.
