Yesterday I was a rank/level 49 om Waypoint. I have beaten all of the Halo games and my Waypoint Halo rank indicated that. I have the achievements to show for it.
Last night however, I noticed my rank had fallen to a level 29 and Waypoint is not recognizing that I beat Halo: CEA, Halo Reach, Halo 3 or Halo 3: ODST among other things. It’s discouraging to lose 20 levels like that for no reason.
Also, on Classified, it’s not recognizing that I found all the terminals on Halo: CEA though I did find them and have the achievement to show for it.

I didn’t lose any ranks, but I am having the same issue with the classified sections. I really don’t want to have to go back and find all of those Terminals again…
Thats been happening to me too ive played all halo games and its shows that i havent played halo 3 and halo reach and sometimes halo cea or halo 4 343 if u guys read this can you fix this problem
i have found all the termanals and nothing i one got one a chevemet for me finding the first termanal and waypoint says that all termanals are locked
In the case of the Halo CEA terminals, Waypoint is not saying you have to go get them again. At the end of every Halo CEA terminal video is 5 of their code symbols. you have to hit the X button and enter each one. It will unlock the video to watch on Waypoint and give you CR for Halo Reach.
As for your Milestones (rank/level, as you put it) I have no idea. every so often I will sign in and find my Milestone 75 reduced to a 32 but it eventually returns to the right number.
