Halo Waypoint MCC Stats need correcting and get up to date not tracked since May 2020!
I’ve noticed since around May 2020 none of my stats or games have counted towards my MCC stats. Seems like everyone’s accounts kills, deaths, wins, etc has not been updated either not just my gamer tag.
Will this ever be resolved or fixed? Quite annoying.
I check Waypoint frequently, and I do see that many of my MCC stats do update (number of games played, wins/losses, etc.)
My highest skill rank displayed on my profile is incorrect. Currently it displays 18, however if you go to Service Record > Skill Ranks the current skill rank does display 19, which I recently achieved.
It would be nice to have the highest skill rank on the profile updated.

I appreciate the response, odd that’s good yours at least update. On mine however, when I log into xbox I have well over 15k more kills total matchmaking kills than what is displayed on my halowaypoint profile. 49,239 Kills total but my waypoint says 33,594 kills.
If you go to find player on xbox/pc and look my tag up you will see the big difference in games played and win/loss etc. If you someone could please test this and confirm.
Please 343 how can I get my account fixed/update? Thanks.

I will check my stats in game and report back!
But I will say the in game stats don’t seem too reliable either sometimes. I know my time played counter has completely frozen, however that may be because I’ve played too much and hit some set maximum… lol!

Also interestingly my Campaign Stats state my Total Time Played is 8985:286367:17179912 - that’s a lot of campaign! I’m not even sure how to read that haha.
Thanks for reporting back to me on this! We have similar kill number counts! Yeah your campaign is all out of wack haha. Feel free to check mine if you’d like.
If you play on console go over to your name in main menu or hit “X” button. Then search for find players name. Type in “iii eagle iii” (my gamertag) and you can view my stats. That compared to halowaypoint is way off by more than 15k kills. I’ve played a lot since May and noticed that halo waypoint profile has not updated ever for MCC.
I have not changed my gamertag or anything either. I’ve checked site monthly and my numbers have always stayed the same.
There are a few similar posts to this. The highest trueskill display hasn’t updated for some time either unfortunately. And there seems to be no comments on it.

Hi all, just an update here. I just now sent a support request into the halosupport website. I’ll keep you all posted on what they say.
I’ve messaged snickerdoodle a mod on here but have yet to hear back. Really hoping waypoint can get this issued resolved. This has been going on for awhile now.
I have over 50,000+ actual matchmaking kills, yet the website has been stuck on around 34,000 since may 2020 and i’ve played a lot since then.
Okay I’ll give them credit they were quick to respond, looks like it falls on this forum to help correct statistics for waypoint site.

Trouble here, I have yet to hear back from any mod on this matter. Perhaps I’ll try and search the forums for mods to message. Would really like to get this issue fixed so i can just use waypoint not 3rd party sites.

They are around. Guarantee that they have seen the issue. No clue as to why they haven’t commented on any of the forum posts about this.
Been a week I’ve PM"d a mod on waypoint weeks ago never heard back. May try more mods or try through social media. I reached 50,000 kills in matchmaking last week yet my stats still say only 34,000 total.
Update here: Unfortunately my stats on halo mcc vs waypoint are still 15k total kills off. I PM’d a mod on waypoint but never heard back.
The app is officially out and the problem still was not fixed. Please can anyone help me get my stats accurate.
I have this exact same problems. I’ve asked about multiple times and I’ve gotten no response.
