Halo waypoint log in failure

So I can log in to Waypoint home site. Then when I click on my halo 4 stats it loads normally then craps out and throws me back to the Microsoft log in page.

Same with Smartglass. Says “loading halo service record” then craps out and sends me to the log in

I’ve reset my password 3 times now, I know he log in works. Clearly I’m logged in to be posting this topic. But if I click stats it logs me out and then won’t let me log back in. Please help.

This started happening to me yesterday. I can log into my Microsoft account and access Waypoint, along with other sites that use the Microsoft account (e.g. xbox.com, Bungie.net) and can even look at the Halo 4 Stats overview, but when I try to access the detailed stats I get kicked out to the Microsoft account login.

I have tried accessing from PC, iPad (smartglass, app, and Safari browser), iPod touch, and Blackberry smartphone browser. PC just started working again this morning but has still made me log back in a couple of times. In all other instances I am seeing the same behavior as the OP.

Please help.

I can access the stats on my browser just fine (in-depth & overview) but I am still running into the issue described in the below topic which is extremely similar to yours.

Halo4 stats is now working on my IPAD again. Thanks!

We are aware some users are experiencing this issue and we are working to isolate and resolve it. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
