343 Industries and Halo Waypoint,
This website is a joke. I rarely get on now because it seems like you, 343 Industries, makes any -Yoink- kisser a moderator. Hell, if I really wanted to I could probably become one in one month. I believe moderators shouldn’t come from the community, but rather from 343 Industries. I believe this should be the system because it appears more and more people are getting discharged because of inexperienced kids (20-30 years of age in my book). [REDACTED] was banned, who was a very dedicated member to Halo and an acquaintance of mine. [REDACTED] was banned, who was also a very dedicated member to Halo. I looked into it and I believe they got banned for something the -Yoink- kissers (who make up the majority of the current moderators) would’ve gotten away with when they weren’t moderators. I also believe they were banned by this new generation of moderators. They aren’t the only users who have been banned. There have been others. If 343 Industries doesn’t want to give us moderators from the company, they should at least rule and overlook the moderators with an iron fist. The moderators need this because it appears their sloppy interpretation of the forum rules is what is getting all these members banned. But I won’t stop there.
I am a fan of 343 Industries (no -Yoink- kissing implied), but giving the power to these kids is unfair. If you really still want to keep users as moderators, you need to give the boot to all of them and give it to someone who is speaks for themselves. 343 Industries, straighten this out and restore Halo Waypoint to its former glory. Moderators, I’d like you to respond back on this thread and please, don’t hide behind 343 Industries’ skirt and send me a private message. That would make you all look like cowards and more of a joke than you already are. Go out with a bang anyone?

My friend, I am far too angry and pissed off to even consider private messaging them. I have lost all respect for the majority of them. Trolling and harassing is not “time to go to bed”. I take that as saying “just stop and leave”. There have been incidents when users were actually harassing other users and the moderator gave them two warning and locked the thread. Since when did the rules change? I honestly believe the new moderators just want to show their new powers by taking out well-known users.

I looked at both of those users post history, they were harassing and trolling. If you don’t PM the moderators, I have a feeling this thread will be locked.

I will allow them to lock it. I still don’t feel comfortable with having young adults run a man’s game’s home.
