Halo waypoint is a dictatorship!? 343 won't listen

So I tried to get 343i’s attention to listen to our requests by starting a petition to get our favorite game types into halo 5. I was being positive about it and had nothing negative to say. I come back to see if we had started to get traction when a moderator by the name of snickerdoodle or whatever (I could care less about him/her) locked it and stated that we can’t start petitions. That being said I learned the hard way that 343 doesn’t give a -yoink- and I was shot down… So I give up 343…if you want to have moderators deafen the voices of the fans fine!!! It’s now obvious that you don’t give a -yoink- about the fans and only care about money… Congrats for stooping to the low LOW levels of EA Bungie and are dead even with Konami (and you sure know how their image is right now). I can’t wait for the backlash to catch up to you! And to the moderators I hope you’re happy that you assist in the silencing of the fans! And if you ban me all I have to say is good and it shows that I’m right about all this! I’ll find a way to get 343i’s attention! I’m sure glad I paid $60 and can’t play my favorite game types online. This game and this company is becoming a lame -yoinking- joke

The support for this game is unexistant. It is really shameful.

Wow. All you had to do was post a thread about what you’d like to see and not call it a petition. That’s all. I know it isn’t “cool” to read the forum rules, but that one’s been there pretty much forever.

I get that you’re pissed, and if you feel the need to leave Halo for some other game with a “responsive” dev then so be it. But I have to go on record here: I’ve been playing Halo for fifteen years and no previous version of the game has come even remotely close to absorbing the level of player feedback that this title has. And I have no doubt there will be more feedback and more changes to come. What do they have to do? Send you a fruit basket?

I couldn’t agree more, just because you can’t have a petition on a post, doesn’t mean they don’t want to hear what you have to say. Petitions are legitimate legal documents that can cause some serious tension. This is but a forum, where us Halo fans can frolic and spitball about new ideas 343 could use to improve the experience. Sorry if you feel the need to drop Halo forever because of one post bro, but I don’t think its worth that.

Just to go on record, I have also played Halo for +10 years and have never seen something like this before. Bungie wasn’t even this good at listening to their audience back in the day. The attention to what people have to say is admirable to say the least. I think you should give 343 another chance, and if not, no offense, its not like they needed your approval anyway.

Patience is a virtue.

Nah, trust me, 343 won’t listen…their scum…they removed fav playlists from mcc and ruined halo in general. Fk them, stop sucking their dk, they’re c**nts

Angry with a potty mouth. A potent combination.

Okay, so they pulled a play list you liked? They killed my precious firefight, but you don’t see me slinging mud and name-calling. They do what they do for a reason. And it is almost universally player-driven. It’s unfortunate that they can’t please every last single one of the millions of us that buy the game, but there it is. I’m not always happy with the decisions they make, and no, I don’t think they spend endless hours combing random Waypoint threads looking to see what teenage malcontents want from them. But I can tell you right now that they listen to me. It’s called the Halo Community Feedback Program. See that cool emblem by my gamer tag? I got that for being in on the HCFP. So I guess that means that if you need to point a finger at someone then maybe you should point it at me???

343i says they listen but they aren’t very good at it. Like most game companies they are greedy and want money. People wanted playable elites, they didn’t give a crap. 343i lacks what a gaming company should have, and that is ears. They made a great game but they ignore all the feed back and get butt hurt it you say one negative thing about their game.
