HALO WAYPOINT HIDDEN/SECRET MENU | SECRET CODE IN TERMINALS
I think you have noticed that at the end of each hidden terminal it’s a five digit code, maybe you’re wondering what does this codes do?
If you launch Halo waypoint and in the news feed (after you press start in the main menu) you press X, you’re taken to a screen with some color lights; if you press that combination of buttons (meaning that if it’s a green light you have to press A, a blue one X…)it will take you to a screen with a bunch of characters where you can write the hidden codes from each terminal, awarding you 7000Cr for each one, and 37000 for “The Maw” one.
Before you start trying this out, you have to know that in order for this to work you need the “Dear Diary…” achievement, meaning that you have to find every terminal.
Now here’s what I believe: there are more codes hidden in the game for unlocking more things or Credits for Halo: Reach, and maybe on of those codes is the one to unlock the GRD helmet, we just have to keep looking.
I believe I posted a thread on this before with the result of entering all codes correctly.
It unlocks the final 11th terminal “Threshold” as well as giving you a hefty sum of 102,000 cR for Reach.
I do like the codes.JPG image though, you should keep it as it is much more helpful than some of those drawn ones I’ve seen lol
> I wish I had seen this before I did it the old fashioned way. Oh well, this will be a major time saver for anyone who still needs to input the codes.
Definately, I can barely understand the codes for the drawn versions some people have made.
>.> good lord I can’t stand videos of people using cameras to film things like that, half of them can’t even keep the damn camera still let alone pointed at what they’re recording.
Sorry op, this a little old.
I made a video on how to do it in better quality, with hdpvr. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFpgcTw2WmM
I was mind blown when i first saw someone do it. Seems like 343 is just as good as Bungie when it comes to easter eggs
Ok, so I learned about this in a video and enter the codes only as I unlock the terminals. I was wondering what the Terminal Background thing when you enter the code is for.
