Halo Waypoint halo channel app on IOS not loading

Does anyone else have an issue where you cant get the Way point App on iPhone to load up? I keep getting error saying data can not be retrieved an to check my connection but I have full service.

this is the halo Channel app which i believe is the same thing as the waypoint app…

any help would be appreciated

I have also been having the same issue. If anyone knows any resolutions it’d be much appreciated!

This is happening on Android devices as well(mine at least)

While the apps were part of the first flight, they are not a focus and not available for this one.
