Halo Waypoint GT doesn't match my Xbox one

I’ve not used Halo Waypoint in years and when I was having problems with Infinite, I decided to post here on the forums.

For some reason, this account is somehow linked here on Waypoint to both the email and password I use for my Xbox account (O004 Slick)

I’m not sure how or why but this GT is maybe 5+ years out of date now. This account doesn’t have any stats which I know to be wrong as I’ve played every single Halo game but I (think) also know that you can’t have two gamer tags linked to one email.

I don’t believe there is anything I can do on my end and since my email is linked to the account I use for my Xbox, I doubt that Xbox support is in any position to help neither do I’m hoping that someone is in a position to know what can be done or can do something to help me out.

I wouldn’t much care but since I’m having problems with the Infinite preview invite, I want to eliminate the future potential risk that this is maybe the cause- although I opted in for the Xbox flight, maybe this account made the invite sent default to a PC invite to Halo 2 somehow?

I have two emails. One that I use for work and the other I use for Xbox. The same email and password that I use to login here are the same that I use for my Xbox account.

I logged out of my account fully and logged back in to check and its the same. I also reset my password to check and the reset went to said email.

I also only have one Xbox account and the username here is a gamer tag I had around 5 years ago.
