Halo Waypoint Freezes & Crashes

Hi,

I have an issue in regard to accessing the Halo 4 terminals through Halo Waypoint. When clicking on my name & icon to access my stats through waypoint, I try to click on the campaign button to access the terminals any campaign data, only to have it lock up my Xbox. The only way I can unfreeze it is by turning off the Xbox and turning it back on. It does it both ways, accessing Waypoint directly through the Xbox main menu, and Halo 4. It only worked once and that was after I updated waypoint when I beat Halo 4. I was able to view the terminals after prompted of the unlock. I only watched half of them at that time, but dealt with these crashing issues when attempting to access the other half.

I have cleared the cache on my Xbox, and still have a freezing issue. Has anyone had a similar issue, and is 343 Industries aware of this bug?

Did it again this morning after reinstalling Waypoint again. Crashes or freezes both when launched from Halo 4 and from the main menu. Only freezes when trying to click on Campaign to access terminals and data.

Hi, has anyone devloped a solution to this issue yet? It still happens after the H4 update pushed to us in December as well as the Wapyoint update. Just clickingon the campaign button in Halo Waypoint locks my Xbox up. I deleted Waypoint again completely, then reinstalled it. The issue still occurs, freezing my Xbox.
