I know this doesn’t belong here and I didn’t know where to post it but the Halo4 Forums gets more posts so I’ll have more chances of getting an answer. What I wanted to know is why half the time I visit The Forums I’ll get a blank white screen that says “The service is unavailable.” at the top left corner and no matter how many times I try to reload the page it says the same thing?
Does the same for me too. I think they’re still recovering for the E3 frenzy.
Ya, these forums are awful.
They better improve them before launch or they’ll never work with all the traffic that will be coming.
it always happens to me ata certain time of the day so i think it when there a high amount of traffic on the forum at the same time probably causing it to crash, it is very frustrating.

Recovering from E3? You must be joking. I don’t know about you, but I work in a professional field. They have a team of IT folks, network admins, and the like. It’s their job to keep the forums running, these crashes, slow loading times, service unavailable and other problems should be squashed as soon as they come up or people need to be fired for not properly doing their jobs.

i think he means since E3 all of the people have been on these forums talking about all the halo 4 stuff so a high amount of traffic on these forums at the same time will cause it slow down and crash.

I worked on it til around midnight last night and am working on it again right now, I say that just so you are all aware that we take this extremely seriously. Waypoint wouldn’t be as awesome as it is without the community.

I assume this is still the case.

Chill dude. I only suspect that because that’s when it started for me. Before that, the forums always loaded for me NO PROBLEMO.
Ever since E3 (and the huge surge of lurkers), I’ve kept having trouble with it.
I could easily be wrong though.
Oh good I was starting to thing I was the only one having this trouble because I haven’t seen anyone posting about it and with all the money they are about to make with Halo 4 I would hope they will use some of it to fix the website, which also worries me because if the Forums can’t handle a few too many people then I would hate to see what would Halo 4 online service will be like?

Thanks for the link, but you have to realize that people become frustrated with what is happening. I can say that lately on my end its been remarkably better the past week and hope it stays this way.
