I need to get on Halo waypoint on my xbox 360 because i just did everything on ODST for all the avatar awards but instead of getting what i earned it freezes

Yeah it’s been like this for at least a month and a half now, I would like to claim the secret codes in waypoint, to unlock stuff for halo 4, just because I don’t want to not have it. Also to check my waypoint career. I wish they would integrate it with this online waypoint.
Yes I have a O.D.ST costume in there and I can’t get it because it freezes
