So I’m not sure where exactly I should direct this concern, but hopefully someone will be able to point me in the right direction.
I’ve played Halo: Reach on and off for the last year or so, with the last 6 months being without an Xbox Live connection. I finally got it working again the other day, and when I tried to “sync” up my Halo Waypoint with my service record (or whatever it’s called) from Reach, it keeps bringing up a message saying “there was an error loading your file.” It then resets the Waypoint menu and starts the process all over again with the same results. I’ve tried restarting, deleting and then reinstalling/downloading Waypoint, tried doing both with and without the Reach disc in the Xbox… Nothin’.
I’m at a loss of what to do. This effectively means that none of my progress over those last 6 months will register or get updated, preventing me from unlocking some things that can only be done via Waypoint.
Any other ideas out there? Any help is appreciated.
