Halo Waypoint Career bug.

So I made a post about this a while back and never got a solution to my problem.

Anyways I would like to know if there is a solution to this situation. Before the stats were transferred over to Microsoft in March bungie’s site did keep the statistics on my account however halo waypoint has not.

I know it isn’t major but I’ve been playing this series since Halo 1 and would love my stats to be shown on my waypoint career.

Please can anyone help me out.

I’ve tried all solutions suggested in the original thread. Nothing has worked.

Hi iSupersniper,

Due to the way Halo services interact with Xbox Live, stats for Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST and Halo Wars do not carry over when gamertags are changed. Stats for Halo: Reach, Halo 4, Halo: Spartan Assault and Halo: Anniversary do. With Halo: Reach, one match on Xbox Live needs to be completed for the stats to update after the gamertag has been changed.
