I seem to remember BsAngel saying the last bulletin before halo 4 came out(meaning todays) would be very special, so it’s probably just not done yet(whatever it is).

I’m assuming that the bulletins are part of her job (assuming). Thanks to the incredible sales of the halo series, she is provided the job. But I guess that does really relate to how we “deserve” the bulletins, so whatever.

Hey job is to manage the community, that doesn’t mean she had to give us details on the game in the Bulletins, that isn’t managing the community.
Sure, it is what the community wants, but it is a privilege not to be taken for granted.
