That’s a really vague question.
If by ‘broken’ do you mean how matchmaking was recycling the last 2 days, then the answer is NO, it’s not still broken. They fixed it.
Plenty of other bugs to fix though, and depending on your definition of ‘broken’ will vary the answer.

How do you unlock some of these there is alot
I’m trying to get most of them
I’d love to see some new badges, and ways that you can unlock some stuff in game
maybe a badge for completing all legacy games achievements? or achievements on mcc or something like that.
There needs to be a badge for participation in halo flights for infinite (whenever that occurs) haha!

I like the one that has a camera
A veteran badge for most the games or something would be pretty rad.
It’s cool to see the different badges i hope they add more with the launch of infinite.
It would be good to see one for the partners and content creators.
Some of these aren’t available anymore 
It would be a good idea to refresh those plates for infinite and have a chance to get exclusive things in the games by obtaining some of them.
