It now has Halo4 info but instead of using the app itself it sends you the site which sucks, Even have to sign in still to see some more stuff.Nice addition to have but they should update it in the future to not use the browser.Im not sure if its updated yet on ios or android but it is for WP.
It may be worth asking bsangel about it via a PM in honesty.
Just something simple like. “Have the IOS or Android app versions been updated? If not when will they be updated?”
I just got the update for my Windows Phone, and i have to say it’s rather disappointing. Career Tab on home screen still shows Reach spartan\rank\BPR, when it decides to show anything at all. Still encountering the same problems when trying to read bulletins/articles in the app (displays HTML code, or cuts off the text making it unreadable). Clicking “View Full Article in Browser” still gives me a broken link. As the article above states, it does indeed just kick you to IE to view your H4 stats, while this does suck, they did at least change/improve the interface from the app.halowaypoint.com address I used to access my H4 stats before.
Normally I wouldn’t complain, but so late after launch and this was all they could do? Halo Waypoint was the reason I bought my first windows phone years ago, before the app released on Android and IOS. Now, as someone who plays Halo 4 and not Reach it’s completely useless.
I’ll see about ios and android updates. Sadly all it does is just a redirector to the browser.
