Halo Waypoint and Service Log Issues

Hi,
I need help.
I am a huge Italian fan of Halo and I played on Xbox many years ago.
Previously my gamertag was DragonJLi then I changed the gamertag with a new name: LordOfTheFilms.
With this change, however, I noticed that on HALO WAYPOINT all the achievements, milestones, info, records and tab of my “service log” on games played on Xbox 360 (Halo 3, Halo 3ODST, Halo Wars, etc) with my user, they disappeared, but they disappeared ONLY on Halo Waypoint and MCC service log.
If you check the achievements on my actually profile, you can see that I have a total score of 70,380 G of which the following scores from the HALO saga:

Halo: Ce Anniversary - June 3, 2012, 6 achievements over 44 and a score of 140/1000
Halo 3 - latest result from April 30, 2021 with a total of 61 achievements and a score of 1565/1750
Halo 3: Odst - May 24, 2010, 31/47 results and a score of 725/1000
Halo Wars - May 27, 2010, 8/58 results and a score of 215/1200
Halo Spartan Assault - latest achievement from March 26, 2021 with a total of 6 achievements and a score of 120/1000
Halo Reach - August 15th 2019, 43 achievements and a score of 700/1700
Halo 4 - 7 September 2014, 19 achievements and a score of 225/1000
Halo 5 - 7 June 2021, 36 achievements 490/1250

But if you check my user on Halo Waypoint (and in the MCC) there is none of this, especially on Halo 3 and the titles mentioned above.
What can I do for sync and update my “career” details on my Halo Waypoint and MCC user?
Even on Halo 3 it is as if I had never played the game, when it is not true having obtained a score of 1565/1750 G.
I contacted Microsoft assistance, who was very kind, and they told me to write to you.
Is there any way to fix this?
Thank you very much.

Hi, THANK YOU for your kind reply.

About Halo 3 for example, I need to play it on xbox 360 again or it could work on the series x for update my service log on Waypoint?

And if my xbox doesn’t find my Halo 3 data because I changed the name of the gamertag, what can I do?
Thank you so much.

I believe the backwards compatible version should work.

As long as you haven’t changed the email address associated with your account, it should pick it up ok. If you’ve changed email addresses it’s probably possible to get things working again, but it would be a pain and not really worth the effort.

Really, thank you!!!

Anyway I never changed my xbox email, only the gamertag but when I insert Halo 3 (360 version) into my Series X, it upload the service log of the MCC but didn’t find my old data and they are different… I don’t understand why…

Oh, OK I understand now. Sorry I missed part of your initial post.

Nothing between the original Xbox 360 games transfers over to MCC, they work separately with their own stats.
