halo way point won't allow nightfall

when I access halo waypoint and try to watch any episode of nightfall it says I need to buy halo. I’m accessing waypoint straight from the disk link. I’m pretty sure I bought the game -_-

If you bought the physical copy, did you scan the QR Code that came with the disc? I had this issue, but after I used that code and redownloaded the Halo Channel it worked like a charm. I am sure there was an issue with Halo Channel and HMCC together so they just didn’t do the check. But now they are.
