Halo was down but my whole Microsoft account was down as well. Couldn’t log in or anything. Should we be worried a possible attack happened?

How recent was it?
I haven’t been on Halo 5 yet so I can’t say how things are on my end.
And waypoint was down for at least two hours last night that I know of (I stopped checking after 2hrs).

It was late last night about 2am EST I think. I was able to log onto MS account though. This has been happening lately. It will be down a couple of hours. If there was a system wide issue with MS I think we would have heard.

I wasn’t able to log in for roughly 8 hours from Australia. It would bring me back to log in page and never log me in. I figured it was a world wide sort of problem because no one’s profiles were syncing

Yup, tons and tons of Profile Sync errors. Had access to my reqs but was stuck with the default armor and emblem. Could also not post on Waypoint, because I had reached my limit of 0 post per day.

I couldn’t even sign into way point or my Microsoft account so I’m hoping it just went down and not some pesky hacker got in.
Also goes to show that we don’t own anything in game as it’s locked behind the server aye

Chat was weird too. I could hear/communicate with people on the opposing team in a party.
I got to hear them strategize which was helpful
