Hey, I know im realy late to the party. but why did the halo wars forums get closed?? I still play the game and love it. Is there no longer support for the game? and why cant the make the update packs free.

Oh ok thx for the info. Is any one still managing the game? and will thoes map packs ever become free. because its like im the only one who has them and i want people to play them with i love that 3v3 map.

TU5 is in development last we heard. It’s going to come out sometime in the next ten years I guess. The halo wars stats are still online.
When it became apparent that Waypoint was going to ruin all the hard work ROBOT put into Halo Wars by choosing to delete one of ROBOT’s most important patches just so one clip in the theatre–which no one really cares about–worked properly, the Halo Wars community moved over to lazyfrog dot us.
They’ve yet to fix the game after ruining it, and it has been months. It’s an embarrassment to Waypoint & shows they lied and lied about their intentions.
To the OP. Send me a friend request. I have both DLCs, and have been looking for people to play with. Its been a long time, but I want to get back into the game.

The majority of the HWF Multiplayer section people moved to Lazyfrog.us, if that’s who you were looking for.

Well, their real reason was to make it so that the game stopped sending info so they could close down the old HW website, but they were convinced not to do that (thank goodness). I’m not really sure why they went through with the update though. Surely the cinema fix was just something they tacked on as an afterthought so it didn’t look like they were just killing the old website. 343 has just been a publishing company up until now, they really aren’t competent to deal with games until they’ve built up their dev staff.
