Halo Wars Xbox One "Disk unreadable"

Not 100% sure this is the best place to post this, but I’ll go ahead.

I have a Halo Wars disk, it has never given me any problems on the Xbox 360, the first day I tried to play it on the xbox one it kept coming up “disk unreadable”. I cleaned it and tried again several times, but got the same result.

The next day I tried it again, and it installed first time. I then played the game for a bit.

Yesterday I played again briefly.

Today it again keeps coming up “disk unreadable” again.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Are there any scratches?

Some minor ones, I have had it for 6 years after all, but nothing that has ever stopped it on the 360, and didn’t stop it from working on the One briefly either.

Be careful about this issue. My first Xbox One’s disc drive broke some days after I installed my (used) copy of Halo: Reach. I don’t have any proof to say for sure that the Reach disc caused the failure, but I bought a new copy of Reach to install on my new Xbox One anyways. Everything has worked fine with the new copy thus far.
