This seems to be a common theme in some video games these days. Every now and then we get a game we want and then demand another one. Companies run out of time and just throw together a project and call it another part of the series. For this post I’ll be talking about Halo Wars 2. My opinion is this. It…seems like Halo is stalling for more time. Once players started demanding Halo 6, Halo Master Chief collection came out. Don’t get me wrong it was nice reliving the games the helped me come into this fine community, but it didn’t satisfy my desire to know what happens next after Halo 5. Now that Halo Wars is coming out…I don’t know. It seems like a different direction.
What do you guys think? The trailer looks good, but by the time Halo 6 comes out, do you think competition such as (now released) Gears of War 4, Call of Duty, or even Resident Evil may raise expectations for the new Halo?
Expectations have already been raised for Halo. Halo Wars 2 is going to be a very good game. The people who are making it are the best at RTS. It’s in good hands, very good hands. And I am so confident in that I will be preordering the Ultimate Edition. BTW I though the first Halo Wars was an amazing game.

MCC was stalling Halo 6? Last time I checked MCC had the Halo 5: Beta.
