Halo Wars OBS Laptop blackscreen

Hey Guys,

I just got my key and tried to record my games with OBS. I know that my laptop has 2 Gcards so i set both halowars and obs to run over my nvidia card. Ive recorded dozens of games and never had an issue so far, but halowars still gives me a blackscreen. for some reason though if i run obs over the integrated gcard, i can record halowars. how is it possoble that the game is running over nvidia but can only be seen over my integrated card?

I’ve been trying to stream with OBS as well, as soon as I get into an actual game, it will crash within seconds every time. The game runs fine without OBS, but when it’s getting captured it’s just a lost cause, I’ve seen several other reports showing the same. Has anyone figured this out?
