So I just learned that HW is now backwards compatible!! Yay! But, when I put my disc into the One, it says this game is not playable.
What’s happening? I live in the US, so there is no region issue, and my friend who lives close to me is able to install it.
Is the disc scratched or dirty?
I had the same problem when I put my disc in. What worked for me was hard resenting my console. Hold down the power button for a few seconds until your console turns off, then when you turn it on again it should work and queue you to for an update when you click on play disc.
