Hey guys im sorry if this is in the wrong forum im new to these forums even though ive played Halo for years. Anyways i wanted to share a video/machinima I made with the Halo Wars Commercials. quick edit i made this video about 3 years ago so its not as good as it could be and wmm is terribad and i made this when i was first learning to use it.

An FYI, the little “pencil” icon in the upper right of your posts is an edit button. Use it as you please! Also, to create links, you can place “[ url ]” (without spaces) and “[/ url ]” (without spaces) around the text that forms the link.

dont worry i will be here as long as my post stays pretty high up the lists and probably quite a while after since this is the only way my vid is gonna get a lot of views lol but yeah from what ive seen these forums are wayyyyyyyy more mature than the bungie forums which only ever has threads about “bungie remove armor lock NAO!!!” or "Bl0om is teh worstestest thiny 3var…d

well for one to help you in the future. the video actually isn’t machinima since it only features cutscenes and not gameplay like controlling a unit in a skirmish game.

however it is done very well and quality is very good.

thanks i wasnt sure what to call it for that exact reason. what would you call it? just a video or what?

I would probably say “tribute” or “tribute video” is fine. I guess you could call it a trailer, but then it sounds like you’re trying to promote something. :wink:

come on guys really?!?!?!?!? ive gotten up to like 90 something views on my vid now but only 2 likes and one of them is me!!! come on it cant be THAT bad can it? seriously though if you watch it and like it PLEASE hit the like button if you dont like it then comment on here or the vid (or both) and tell me why. oh dont you worry bout that i love making videos. as soon as i can find the cutscenes i need to finish my video im making now i think i might make a tribute to noble team or one spartan. or a tribute vid for each noble team spartan… hmmmm so many choices… ooooh and cortana or the chief. oh decisions decisions :slight_smile:
