I find myself curious as to what glitches people have encountered in halo wars, I mean there the well know Brute and Arby glitch, and the Vampire glitch. But i’ve also encounterd a couple of glitches that i haven’t seen any posts about. I’ll list them below
1)Hunters spontaneously targeting and destroying a group of banshees.
Flamer squad only “Half” in garrison (By this i mean one of the 2 flamers was in the garrison the other was outside it able to run about the map)
Gates being glitched on if the unit inside dies too fast as it gets turned on
I had some spartaned banshess parked over a gate as it came on and the spartans died for no good reason yet the banshees were still mine.
Many have encountered these glitches, however they are not useful and hard to replicate so no one usually talks about them. There are even more glitches that are not on your list that no one talks about. Such as the sentinel glitch when the prophet is upgraded.

glitching the gates is done by having RPG marines shoot their rockets and right after you enter the gate. You should be able to move the marine around but the hook is forever closed until the marine dies. ( can probably done multiple ways but I do it this way with super turtles.)
sentinel glitch on labyrinth
sacrifice banshee glitch (somewhat similair to labyrinth glitch but harder to do)
canister shell glitch on shields and infantry
Brute chieftain glitch where he becomes invicible for a couple seconds and when you tell him to go somewhere , he will continue walking that way without stopping. Going over buildings and such. Also enemy units target him from ridiculous range. really funny seeing canister shells fly across the whole map
terminal hook glitch, where you drive your warthog on purpose off the map (right at the start of the brigde , north side) and get the hooks before 1 min. into the game. so far i have seen only 1 person being able to do it multiple times
turret glitch , where a turret shoots insanely fast for a while . Killing an arby in 10 seconds or so. I believe showtek made a video about that.

I dont mean the brute glitch where you have to be vortexing. I dont think the glitch im talking allows you to control him or does it ?
The Best Halo Wars Glitch:
Set up a custom game lobby in which at least one side has a full team. Have a player from the other team request to switch teams, and have a player (not readied up at this point) from the full team simultaneously switch with him while pressing start.
You should now see an extra empty slot on one team, and the full team should have the gamertag of one player and the gamerpicture of the other player. They are now stacked on top of each other, but you can still start up the game as if it was even teams. So if it was previously 3v3, the game would now start as 2v4.
Manipulation of this glitch can allow for crazy matchups like 1v3 and 2v5, often crashing the game, and teammates or enemies having bases on top of each other. Enjoy.

happened to me once but not in customs, I couldn’t see my self in the lobby it said there were only 2 players in the lobby, happened when I switched teams right as the party leader switched from customs to 3v3 party teams, however we didn’t invite anyone else and I left and rejoined so we could play normally, would’ve been funny to do a 4v3 in match making though.

That glitch is always fun. I think there’s a certain order you have to do in order to be on top of the enemies base.

Gonna have to give that one a try see if i can get it to work. 2v4 / 3v4 sounds like it will be pretty amusing lol, Can you do it with AI present as well or only players?
Most of the Y powers glitch up, Not sure if it’s already been mentioned but ever had a cobra that was “Locked down” but able to move and fire both sets of weaponary?
I’ve also had a glitch once where the enemy had a HAWX unit that my wolverines couldn’t target either automatically or by me pointing and clicking to attack the HAWX, I ended up having to MAC the damn thing to get it to stop shooting at my base.
Anyone know how the Hunters targeting Air glitch works? I’m curious to see if it can be controlled.
Stall pad glitch, Whats that one?
terminal hook glitch, where you drive your warthog on purpose off the map.
I’ve seen people do it, and i’ve done it a couple of times by accident, Hogs can glitch out of a few maps but it’s usually not an advantage and they mostly just get stuck somewhere, how do you do it on demand? As in work every time, not just occasionally.
Hunters shooting at air units is a random occurrence.
18. You can stall any pad by just placing a unit on top and making it stay there.
19. It’s difficult to do every time.

Oh that, makes sense now. I’ve done it the other way around, i had 2 bases on exile that got brute rushed and to buy some time i kept queing a supply pad on the empty slot the Brute/Brute squads were standing on to make them move off. This bought a little exra time which allowed me to Unlock both bases and reveal 12 warhogs that i was already prepairing prior to noticing the brutes, this being about 3:45-4mins into the game i gun down their leader and brute squads befoe going over to their base to repay the favour…He resigned pretty quickly. I then pump Gremlins from both bases to accompany the Hogs to Attack his UNSC allies.
