I have been pointed in this direction after many different conversation with microsoft retailers and other people please can I get a resolution. I preordered a limited edition of halo wars years ago and recieved the game with the honour guard wraith but without a warthog code. microsoft has said they cannot give the license as it is not something you can purchase. Please can you give a code privately or something similar. a code for the conversation with microsoft support is available upon request. Thanks for your consideration
It was up to your retailers to provide the code in the box, not Microsoft or 343i.

-Yoink!- won’t give you one, as the above poster said, they’re not responsible, nor do they care about a dead game.
I know and the retailer is responsible however the only way to get it now is through bungie or 343 as i have been assured multiple times by different companies including microsoft and the retailer

Bungie no longer manages Halo in general, and overall, they never managed Halo Wars, 343i do.
Like said, you should have taken it back to your retailer and gotten a code, you missed out.
They are being flogged on Ebay these days for some money, that’ll be your best bet.

This website is the only way to contact 343i.
There is no Bungie associate that can put you in contact with anyone from 343i, they no longer manage Halo.
If you can’t find a code online then you’re out of luck.
