Ok! So i pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate edition because well i love Halo Wars and they said it will be around 7-10 Day’s till i get the code for Halo Wars DE and i received the code for it and when i go on the windows store it says ‘‘Halo Wars Definitive Edition is currently not available’’ and from what i have seen that released on December 20th! bare in mind i am on the PC i have checked on Xbox and it downloads but i want to play it on the PC because i’m a PC Nerd and prefer it over Xbox (Please no Flame) but any idea on what i can do would be amazing and Thank’s in advanced!

You should see it listed there so you can just click the download button.

I have this same issue as OP, but when I got to My Library the only download available for me was “Halo wars 2” that was 26 gigs… it did nothing. I still have no option to download HWDE even though it says owned and after being confirmed for my HW2UE pre-order. The game is just listed “Currently unavailable” in the ms store app…

Sounds like you haven’t received your code yet.

I just found that out looking through reddit. When I contacted Xbox customer support last week specifically about getting access to HWDE. They told me I should receive a confirmation email with in 7-10 days of the pre-order, which I just received today. But nothing about a code was mentioned and there was no code included in my email or in my xbl messages…
I have same poblem, I have received HW2 today but still nothing about HWDE …
Same issue here. Preordered Ultimate Edition last week. HW2 became playable last night but HW:DE still says not available.
It is said this is normal for pre orders before 12/20, butt in my case i preordered it long before…
