Did you change the gamertag you’ve played on? Wipe your hard drive at all? Uninstall/reinstall your game? Do anything that might delete your saved games?

I didn’t change my gamertag. I try uninstall/reinstall my game but it’s didn’t change anything. And I don’t do anything that might delete my saved games.
The only change I’ve doing it’s that I played on my computer and on my Xbox with Xbox Play Anywhere (not same time of course, it’s not possible).
I contact Microsoft’s support, then tell me try to contact halo’s server support. I had do this but I don’t have any answer.
